Last Catch Up on RSC Monthly blocks 2025 / Potholders to a Friend from Grandma's Red Needle

As the title says; these are the last RSC blocks for 2025

'Coffee with Dad'
I love these blocks! They are so fun and fast to make

7 brown blocks
As you can see, two of them have more red than brown.

8 black blocks
Corrected to 7 blocks
Hm... How did that happen? Do you see it? Cup #3 first row and #1 second row are the same! I made one only! Messed up when I took the photos.

I'm a bit lost when it comes to it. How do I explain that? I have an idea ...

Isaiah 49:50, Romans 8:28-29, Fiber Fun, Literary Life, Finding Joy from Faith, Trust and Breast Cancer

Hello There,
Thank you for stopping by! Saturday was our first Flower Box Friends (see Fiber Fun) class at Be Sew Creative in Las Cruces, NM and it was awesome!  I found my slow stitching people!  Rejoice!  After a brief lesson and discussion, we sat for two hours stitching, visiting and sharing tips!  Oh such joy! Though I've been hand sewing since a child, there's still so much to learn and friends have great tips and tricks to share.

Fun at Retreat from From My Carolina Home

Our local guild held a three day retreat last week and it was a welcome time to relax, sew with friends, and have fun. Because all my energy has gone to Autumn Jubilee projects, I had nothing in the works to take, so I came up with a couple of small ...

Happy 2020 and a Few Last Finishes for 2019 from Quilting Is More Fun Than Housework

Happy 2020 Everyone!

After taking a few weeks away from the longarm portion of my business, I am feeling much more refreshed.  I used the time to get my household organized, update all my business spreadsheets and plan on some goals for the new year.

I feel like I have a pretty good plan!

I did want to go back and share some of the final gift items I made.  Potholders are always a popular and well received gift.  I did try some round ones this year.  Even though I had cut my binding on the bias, the first one ...
